Database API

This API provides RESTful access to data related to the COMPARTMENTS, TISSUES, and DISEASES databases as well as the underlying text mining results. Below is a nonexhaustive list of examples of what can be done via the API:

• Retrieve yeast genes annotated as peroxisomal
• Get the experimental evidence for CYP3A4 expression in liver
• Get the top-10 human genes associated with Alzheimer's disease
• Find the top-10 human genes co-mentioned with "jetlag" in PubMed
